Jeffrey Brill has a diverse corporate practice, primarily concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, other commercial transactions and corporate law matters. He has represented public and private clients in a wide variety of U.S. and international transactions, including negotiated and contested acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, auctions, carve-out transactions, strategic investments, recapitalizations, reorganizations, joint ventures and other corporate matters. Mr. Brill co-leads Skadden's Fintech practice. His clients include numerous financial institutions, securities exchanges, payments and other companies across various fintech verticals, ranging from start-ups to multinational public companies.
