Jason Arbuck

Chair of the Hospitality and Tourism Group and a member of his firm’s Executive Committee. Has extensive experience in transactional work involving hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, secured loan transactions, and condominiums representing private equity funds, lenders, owners, developers, and hotel management companies. Focuses on secured lending transactions. Deep experience in negotiating credit and hotel management agreements. Significant portion of practice is devoted to cross-border transactions. Speaks at hospitality and finance conferences, including the Canadian Hotel Investment Conference and Hotel Capital Connection. Member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (Director and Vice-President), Secured Finance Network (Vice President and Director of the Canadian Chapter), American Bar Association.
