As an M&A specialist, he advises on international private equity, venture capital and strategic investments in Hungarian companies. Major industries of his activity include aviation, business services, communications, software development, information technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, real estate, financial sector, online and offline media, healthcare and biotechnology.
He also co-leads the firm’s TMT practice. He has advised market leading Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services providers on their biggest Hungarian projects in the financial services, telecommunications, energy and utility industries, and he also advises leading financial services providers as customers of BPO services.
