Jacqueline Calderin represents debtors, committees, secured creditors, and purchasers of assets in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring in both in-court and out-of-court proceedings. She also serves as a court-appointed fiduciary where she supervises and administers bankruptcy cases in the Southern District of Florida.

Career

Calderin is a founding member and the current managing partner of Agentis PLLC. In 2011, she was appointed by the Department of Justice’s U.S. Trustee Program as a panel trustee. Prior to forming Agentis, she was a partner at Ehrenstein Charbonneau Calderin as well as a partner at Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with a B.A. in English Literature.
