Career
For many years she run the Investment Funds practice in the Dentons Warsaw office. She specializes in providing support to investment funds, their managers and investors, as well as in providing regulatory advice to entities operating in the financial markets and their investors.
She assists investment funds and their managers in relation to internal audits of procedures as well as regulatory and corporate matters, including legal frameworks for undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment funds managers (AIFM).
In the past 10 years she managed more than 45 projects regarding restructuring of investments with the use of Polish and foreign investment funds for affluent individuals and entities seeking alternative solutions in the field of asset management, including those for the needs of real estate management, alternative methods of financing activities and debt trading.
Inga advises Polish banks and financial institutions on product structuring, consumer regulations and implementation of Polish and EU regulatory requirements, including MiFID II, PRIIP, IDD and AIFM.
She supports distributors of financial instruments in relation to regulatory frameworks and consumer regulations, and advises investors and funds in the scope of investment structuring and negotiations related to venture capital and private equity investments.
In 2009 Inga was seconded to CitiBank Handlowy where she supported the bank's legal department in matters involving clients' claims raised during the options crisis.
