Admitted in Madrid Bar sibnce 1996. Official Patent and Trademark attorney, and authorized representative acting before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the EUIPO in Alicante. Adjunct Professor of Mercantile Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (2001-2005), and Professor of Civil Law and Intellectual Property nowadays at the University of Comillas (ICADE).
