Heike, LL.M. (University of Adelaide), is a German lawyer and tax advisor, specialized in all aspects of transaction tax, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, financings and investment funds. She regularly advises multinational corporations on their tax affairs and structuring issues. On the transactional side, she has extensive experience advising on acquisitions and divestitures by public and private companies, complex financings (including restructurings and securitizations) and corporate restructurings with a special focus on the finance and insurance sectors.
