Hans Lim A Po is into M&A, commercial, financing, banking, natural resources, trademarks, International Economic Law, and Caribbean Integration Law (CSME). He has experience in arbitration, and complicated legal proceedings before the local courts and the Caribbean Court of Justice (in original jurisdiction). He is frequently sought after in project driven cross-border settings, in matters of foreign direct investment, in-bound investment, and by the mining and oil and gas industry. He represents local and international clients, and works across the Caribbean West-Indies and Dutch Caribbean region.
