Guillaume advises in relation to issues arising from their commercial and trust relationships and his principal areas of expertise include dealing with allegations of breaches of fiduciary duty, contractual disputes, enforcement of foreign judgments and associated freezing and disclosure orders.

Guillaume also deals with issues concerning trust administration, applications to court for directions, disclosure of information to beneficiaries and third parties and challenges to the exercise of trustee powers.
