Guillaume is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in France. He advises domestic and international clients in a wide variety of M&A transactions, including purchases and sales of listed and non-listed companies, strategic mergers and joint ventures, as well as business carve-out acquisitions and divestitures. His practice focuses on a broad range of industry sectors including banking, telecom, energy and consumer good & retail sectors. He also regularly represents private equity funds.
