Gregors‘ professional focus is on in litigation and arbitration in the banking sector such as damage claims for mal investment advice and in advising banks with respect to their consumer business. Gregor in particular represents banks on an ongoing basis in disputes against consumer protection organisations such as Austrian class actions lawsuits and advises banks in connection with their general terms of business on an ongoing basis.

Career

Gregor was admitted to the Austrian bar in 1998. Since 2004, he has been a partner with Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners (fwp).
