Gordon J. Kuski KC

Gord Kuski’s practice focuses on civil litigation in all areas of law including class actions, corporate and commercial litigation, and commercial insurance litigation. He acts as a litigation counsel in the Regina office offering his experience and knowledge to other members of McDougall Gauley’s litigation team.

Gord has been recognized locally, nationally, and internationally for his litigation work. He was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1994. He also has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Gord has been identified as a leading practitioner in four major civil litigation areas and is consistently named in the annual Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and other publications including Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada. Gord is also named in the Best Lawyers in Canada in four categories including class actions and Bet-the-Company litigation.
