With over 30 years' experience in all areas of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, geographical indications and appellations of origin, designs and models, trade secrets, copyright and unfair competition), he regularly advises clients from a wide range of technological sectors, from pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to electronics and mechanics.

In patent matters, she follows pan-European and international proceedings, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

Career

Graduated in 1985 at the Università degli Studi of Milan.

He joined Studio Legale Sena e Tarchini in 1985 and he is admitted to the Bar in Milan since 1991 and to the Supreme Court Bar since 2004.

Now he is partner of Sena&Partners.

From 1985 to 2005 teaching assistant of Industrial Law at the Università degli Studi of Milan, Faculty of Industrial Law.

Author of various publications.

Speaker at various national and international conferences.
