Gary advises across the UK on all forms of development and has over 12 years' experience successfully guiding projects through a wide range of legislative consenting processes, including the Planning Act 2008 (DCO) Transport and Works Acts, Harbour Act, Electricity Act etc. as well as the Town and Country Planning Acts. He has a particular focus and extensive expertise in the energy and infrastructure (UK wide) and housing (Scotland). Gary has advised on energy and renewable energy projects including on and offshore wind, solar, biomass and hydro in Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland.
