They have extensive experience in representing companies and union entities in collective disputes, advising and conducting outsourcing processes, prevention and crisis management in processes involving regulatory inspections and investigations of employees and executives in various contexts, drafting and analyzing employment contracts, including for the hiring of foreigners, drafting benefit packages and terminations for senior employees, including judicial monitoring through the filing of extrajudicial transaction approval, formatting or harmonizing benefit and short and long-term variable remuneration packages, including incentive plans linked to shares, analysis of Programs for the Prevention of Environmental Risks (PPRA) and Programs for Medical Control and Occupational Health (PCMSO) to assess compliance with current legislation (Regulatory Standards - NRs), and general human resources advisory.
