Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP, where he also obtained an Extension Course in Consumer Law and a Master Degree in Civil Procedure Law. He has more than 15 years of practice in the Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy / Restructuring, working not only as an attorney on the major law firms in Brazil, but also as an Assistant professor of Civil Procedure Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP from 2007 to 2011. He is well experienced in Civil Litigation and Dispute resolution focused on Civil Liability, Comercial Law, Consumer Law, Bankruptcy and Reorganization Proceedings and Debt Recovery.

Head of the Litigation and Insolvency Departaments at Santos Neto Advogados, he has worked on the most important Judicial Restructuring Proceedings of the Agribusiness sector in Brazil, participating on the recent discussions involving the change of the Brazilian Bankruptcy Law with the Brazilian Congress.
