Fermin Morales is founder and managing partner of Morales Abogados penalistas.

Since 1991 he is full Profesor at Autonomus University of Barcelona with more than 40 years of experience within the research and teaching field.

He has published a dozen of books and more than a hundred of legal articles regarding the most relevant questions in the criminal law area, particularly those related to economic, environmental, tax, and data protection infringements.

He usually gives lectures and participates in courses at the Magistrates training Academy.

As an attorney, he has had the honor to participate in some of the most important economic cases of the last 30 years, representing the interests of several public institutions and its officers as well as private companies and its legal representatives and managers, acting in front of professional Tribunals as well as Juries.
