Felipe Bascuñán, founding partner of the firm, leads the Natural Resources, Energy, Environment, Public and Regulatory Law areas. He specializes in these fields, focusing on energy regulation, large electricity consumers, including mining and industrial companies and renewable energy projects, critical contracts, project development and water rights. He has led several negotiations and closings of PPAs and contracts, as well as claims or defenses before authorities, courts or arbitrators.
