Ellen Elvira Tulvik is a practicing attorney-at-law and partner at Magnusson Estonia.

Ellen is an experienced Attorney at Law, and her main areas of practice are Regulatory, Technology Law and Tax Law. She advises clients on their day-to-day activities, transactions, restructuring, contracts, and negotiations and pre-trial and court proceedings. Additionally, she serves as a lecturer in the IT Law Master’s program at the University of Tartu.

Her previous experience includes practising as an Attorney at Law at the leading regional business law firm and as a lawyer at the global consultancy firms Deloitte and KPMG.
