Beth focuses her practice on assisting clients with their real estate and financing needs and has extensive experience counseling public and private real estate companies, real estate investment trusts, developers, lenders, property management companies and high net worth individuals. Beth’s general practice makes her situated to handle all aspects of a client’s real estate and financing needs, from initial structuring, acquisition and financing, during operations, and through sale. Beth is also uniquely situated to efficiently advise non-real estate companies in connection with managing their owned or leased real estate.

She handles a wide range of real estate matters throughout the United States, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, construction financings, joint venture formation, corporate structuring, development agreements and leasing. Beth represents a variety of clients that specialize in varying areas of real estate, including large-scale developments, industrial and manufacturing facilities, multifamily residential complexes, office buildings, retail shopping centers, and mixed-use projects. She also has significant experience in counseling non-real estate companies on their real estate needs.

Beth is a member of the firm’s Women’s Network Leadership Team and the Sustainability Committee, which develops and oversees firm initiatives designed to reduce NGE's environmental footprint. Beth also sits on the national board of directors of Step Up, an organization with the goal of empowering young women from underserved communities. She is a proud supporter of the University of Wisconsin and remains an active member in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Beth was an associate at a large law firm in New York City. During her time at NYU, Beth was named a Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business Scholar. She also acted as notes editor of the Journal of Law and Business, served on the Executive Board of Law Women and was active with the NYU Immigrant Defense Clinic. Beth remains committed to pro bono service through her representation of a variety of nonprofit organizations.

In her free time, Beth enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, traveling and fostering rescue animals.
