Elizabeth advises leading corporates and major financial institutions on a broad range of contentious matters. She is experienced in conducting complex and high-value disputes, often with a cross-jurisdictional dimension, and has particular expertise in managing mass claims and group actions.

Competition litigation is a particular focus of Elizabeth’s practice. She has acted on some of the most high profile competition disputes brought before the English courts and Competition Appeal Tribunal, and has extensive trial experience. She also regularly advises clients in connection with investigations by competition authorities.
