Elizabeth Dylke

Elizabeth Dylke has a general corporate practice with a focus on private equity and venture capital fund formation, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Elizabeth acts on behalf of both fund sponsors and institutional investors in structuring domestic and international private equity funds and hedge funds while taking into account applicable regulatory considerations, including compliance with Canadian sanctions laws. She has extensive experience organizing pooled investments in commercial real estate, venture capital and infrastructure, as well as forming and managing mortgage investment entities. Elizabeth also advises on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
