He and his team have taken part in some of the most significant restructuring cases involving Brazilian entities, such as Americanas, Foresea, Andrade Gutierrez, Restoque, OEC Group, Novonor Group, Atvos Group, Constellation Group, EAS Group, Odebrecht Oil and Gas, Oi Group, PDG Group, Renova Energia S.A. and OAS Group.

With respect to the litigation and arbitration practices, Eduardi has led some of the most important disputes envolving SulAmérica, J&F Investimentos, JBS, Novonor, Neoenergia, Mover, BTG Pactual and Associação dos Fabricantes Brasileiros de Coca-Cola.
