Partner responsible for leading the arbitration and mediation practice, as well as strategic litigation, in addition to providing legal advice in civil, commercial, corporate, and contractual matters. He also acts as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings and as a mediator in mediation procedures. He is further recognized for his work in insolvency and restructuring matters, including bankruptcy and judicial and out-of-court reorganization of companies.
