Diane Hervey-Chupin holds a Master 2 in Financial Criminal Law from the University of Cergy Pontoise (2011), as well as a double Master in Law and Management from the University of Paris Dauphine (2010).

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.

Diane works on business litigation cases, both criminal and commercial.

Diane regularly gives lectures and training on criminal business law, both at university and to the Open Commission on Criminal Business Law of the Paris Bar (Commission ouverte de droit pénal des affaires du barreau de Paris). She is a member of the Association des Praticiens des Contentieux d’Affaires.
