Corporate M&A Department

The firm’s corporate M&A department is dedicated to acquisitions, business combinations, private equity and venture capital transactions. Solferino also has a strong expertise in public M&A and tender offers.

The corporate M&A department is headed by three partners: Bernard-Olivier Becker, Fouad Bellaaroussi and Magali Carosso.

Business Litigation Department

The firm assists its clients in their complex litigation matters, including post-acquisition litigations, shareholders' disputes, directors’ liability, and generally in commercial and corporate law disputes.

Solferino also has a strong expertise in white-collar crime prosecutions and investigations.

The litigation department is headed by three partners: Guillaume Buge, Diane Hervey-Chupin and Charlotte Plantin.
