Dennys Zimmermann

Dennys Zimmermann has a degree and Master's degree from UERJ, with a thesis on “Surety Bonds”. He worked as a Professor of Civil Law at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, specifically in insurance and reinsurance contracts for PUC-RJ, FGV and UFRJ. He is a regular speaker at conferences.​

Acts as a consultant for national and international Insurers and Reinsurers, assists in drafting clauses and developing new products and services for clients, contributes to introducing various products into the Brazilian market including Cyber, Crime, K&R, D&O, R&W, Offshore policies and other sophisticated insurance, in addition to working on regulatory matters, litigation and loss adjustment.​

Throughout his career he has specialized in insurance and reinsurance, with a focus on large losses and is one of the few insurance specialists in the country with practical experience in Cyber ​​and M&A insurance.

Dennys is the managing partner and technical director of the firm.
