Dean Richardson

As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Litigation Practice, Dean Richardson has experience representing a variety of clients in commercial, cannabis, trade secret and real estate disputes. He has extensive experience protecting and enforcing client interests in shareholder disputes and situations related to a breach of fiduciary duty. Within the scope of his work involving real estate matters, Dean provides counsel in real property conflicts related to land ownership, easements and title insurance defense.

Since 2021, Dean has been ranked in Chambers USA as a leading nationwide Cannabis Law attorney, Band 2.
