Career
Master’s Degree in Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE). Diploma in Urban Planning Law from the Instituto de Educación Continua (IDEC) at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra. Executive course in legal operations by ESADE. Postgraduate course in Economics and Business in East Asia from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). IESE EMBA China Module by the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
He began his professional career with the renowned urban planning lawyer Tomás Pou i Viver, to later join MENÉNDEZ & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS in 2000. Between 2009 and 2011 he lived in Shanghai, where he expanded his knowledge of the Chinese language at the University of Fudan, with a scholarship granted by Fundación ICO, and worked in the European Union Chamber of Commerce, in addition to exercising legal advisory functions at NCO China consulting firm.
With more than 20 years of experience in administrative law, he specializes in urban planning and environmental law, public procurement, subsidies, mining.
Member of the Barcelona Bar Association, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Administrative Law Section (2019 – 2021)
