David Bedenham is an experienced barrister who deals with a wide range of VAT, excise and customs duty litigation. He has appeared in countless cases before the FTT, the Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. In addition to Tribunal appeals, David has acted in numerous judicial reviews and claims for injunctive relief involving HMRC.
