Danijela Simeunović

Danijela's core practise areas are aviation and transport law, financing and data protection. Danijela led legal teams in some of the largest projects in the Croatian aviation industry over past years. She advises international clients from the transport sector and represents them in legal proceedings. She also regularly provides legal advice in the fields of corporate law, commercial law and employment law. She has extensive experience in due diligence and acquisition of companies in various industries, as well as projects relating to real property, start-ups and GDPR harmonisation.

Danijela holds a law degree from the University of Zagreb and a Master of European Studies (M.E.S.) from the Humboldt/Freie/Technische Universität Berlin. Prior to establishing KPS in 2014, Danijela worked at a reputable Croatian law firm Žurić i Partneri.

Danijela is an active member of the Croatian Transport Law Association and European Air Law Association. She currently holds the position of secretary and management board member of the Croatian Transport Law Association. Danijela also serves as board member in the Global Business Lawyers (GBL) Alliance, a network of independent law firms across the globe.
