Danielle represents individuals subject to a wide range of criminal investigations, including those conducted by the SFO, NCA, FCA and police. In her busy general crime practice, Danielle acts for those accused of domestic abuse, malicious communications, dishonesty, violence and sexual offences. She has particular recent experience acting for high-profile clients as well as youths and vulnerable people.

Danielle frequently works on cases with international or cross-border elements. She is regularly involved in defending individuals subject to extradition requests at first instance and on appeal. She has associated expertise in applying for the removal of INTERPOL Red Notices on the basis of political persecution or human rights breaches. Recent case highlights have involved Russia, the USA, Ecuador and the UAE.
