Daniel Pino leads the corporate and transactional practice of the firm and dedicates most of his time to advise our foreign clients in corporate, regulatory and investment matters. Most of his professional experience is related to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing of projects and investments, especially in highly regulated industries, such as banking, capital markets, telecommunications, energy and mining, and insurance.
