He is a founding partner of Linares Abogados, specializing in litigation and dispute resolution in civil and commercial matters at both judicial and arbitral levels. With a rich background spanning over 30 years as a litigator, he has adeptly guided clients through successful extrajudicial dispute resolutions. His exceptional proficiency in dispute resolution within the Peruvian legal landscape has earned him consistent recognition for a decade in esteemed rankings, including Chambers & Partners Latin American Guide.

Graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Lima, with a postgraduate in Procedural Law from Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). Daniel is a certified conciliator and credited Arbitrator in several arbitration centers such as: “Centro de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima” (Lima´s Chambers of Commerce Arbitration Centre, “Centro de Arbitrajes de la Cámara de Comercio del Cusco”, The International Center for Arbitration, Dispute Resolution & Dispute Boards and of The International Center of Arbitration, Chamber of Belgium and Luxembourg in Peru. Furthermore, he is a member of the Legal Sector Board of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

A frequent speaker at conferences and courses related to his area of practice in various universities, Daniel is the author of law articles published in specialized journals and serves as the editor of the De Iure Magazine "Solo para Litigantes."
