Well known for handling corporate governance questions, he has written several books and articles, and participated in numerous international conferences.
Daniel Hurstel acted as co-chairman of the Club des Juristes committee of corporate governance. He is Chairman of the legal committee of the IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs) and member of the Royal Academy of Belgium.
