He represents leading private equity sponsors in a full range of transactions, notably leveraged buyouts (including through carve-out transactions and public-to-private transactions), build-ups, refinancings and disposals, in a broad range of industries, in France and abroad. He also regularly represents industrial clients in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, sales and joint-ventures.
