Mr. Coelho is Head of Arbitration at Fux Advogados. He focuses his practice in Arbitration, Litigation and Government & Regulatory Law. He regularly appears as counsel, as well as arbitrator before both international and domestic arbitral tribunals under the rules of various arbitration institutions in Brazil and abroad. Mr. Coelho also has extensive experience arguing cases before state and federal courts including the Brazilian higher courts, and the Brazilian administrative agencies.
Mr. Coelho served as the head of Litigation and Arbitration for Veirano Advogados (2012-2016). After more than 17 years with Veirano Advogados, he left the firm to join Fux Advogados in May 2016.
Mr. Coelho is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr).
