Corina Radu

Corina Radu is a partner, leading the firm's international practice.

She has been practicing labour and employment law for over 20 years, providing legal advice and representing, in front of courts, renowned multinational companies with businesses in various sectors, including electronics, automotive, oil and gas, aeronautics, IT, media, banking, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics etc.

Corina is highly experienced in complex matters pertaining to collective negotiations, collective labour disputes, business restructuring and collective redundancies, transfer of undertakings, cross-border postings, flexible and smart working, drafting collective labour agreements, internal regulations and policies, implementing specific procedures related to the termination of employment.

Her expertise also includes providing assistance to large companies with respect to social dialogue issues and assisting clients in their relationships with the trade unions and employees' representatives, as well as a significant litigation practice.

She has a particular focus on assisting international clients with employment law challenges, advising them on employment compliance strategies and various issues.

Corina Radu is a Board member of EELA - European Employment Lawyers Association, representing Romania since 2015.
