Constantin Kurtz is specializing in patent litigation and other technology related disputes like misappropriation of know-how cases. He represents German and international businesses before all relevant German courts, in particular before the Dusseldorf, the Mannheim and the Munich courts as well as the Federal Patent Court. He works in all technical areas with a particular focus on telecommunications (defending smartphone producers in SEP cases), fastening, automotive, fire and security, semiconductors, and mechanical engineering. Constantin Kurtz is experienced in complex IP litigation matters including preliminary injunctions, inspection orders and cross-border cases with parallel litigation in a variety of jurisdictions. In addition, Constantin Kurtz is experienced in design litigation, notably in Community design cases.
