Recent assignments include assisting ABB in the divestment of its global high voltage cable system business to NKT Cables, Sulzer in its acquisition of 5 million shares from Renova, Netcentric's shareholders in selling Netcentric to Cognizant, UBS in the sale of its fund services to Nothern Trust Corp., and several listed companies with their shareholders' meeting.
