Chryso has been working with high-net-worth individuals for over three decades, helping them manage their personal wealth and plan transition to the next generations. One of the most used structures is the Cyprus international trust, and Chryso has deep understanding and varied experience in creating both international and local trusts. She has assisted with the creation of more than 80 trusts under the International Trusts Law for clients from different jurisdictions; she has advised on, or drafted trust deeds and ancillary documents for all types of trusts, including testamentary, discretionary, fixed, or bare. On many occasions, a trust is used in combination with, or within a corporate structure as, for example, in management option schemes, custody agreements, escrow accounts and securitization and Chryso utilises her core specialisation in corporate law, high value cross-border transaction and finance to provide seamless, comprehensive advice and support.
