Christopher Dlutowski, a partner in the investment management practice at Morgan Lewis, counsels private investment funds—including US domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds, and funds-of-funds—and investment management firms on forming and structuring funds, trading and other investment activities, raising capital, and ongoing operations.
