Christoph advises in all areas of European and German competition law, on cartel damages litigation and internal investigations. He has 20+ years of experience in German, European and foreign merger control cases.
Christoph joined Hengeler Mueller in 1993, and has been partner since 1998. He holds an LLM degree (University of Michigan, 1990) and is admitted to the New York bar. He's honorary professor at the University of Osnabrück Law School.
