Career
Christoph Brunner is the founding partner of Brunner Arbitration LLC and thus entirely independent. He has acted as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator, counsel, and legal expert in more than 120 international commercial arbitrations governed by various institutional and ad hoc rules.
Christoph Brunner is a Titular Professor at the University of Bern. He was previously a partner at Peter & Kim and has been practicing international commercial arbitration for more than 25 years. He is among others a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He regularly speaks at national and international conferences and has published several books and numerous articles on commercial law and international arbitration.
