Christine has a diverse commercial law practice with an emphasis on technology, supply chain, retail and franchising.
The technology aspect of Christine’s practice is comprised of advising technology suppliers and customers on various commercial and contractual issues, including software-as-a-service agreements, service-provider arrangements, financial technology arrangements, data agreements, complex outsourcing arrangements, procurement, software licensing, consumer protection and financial regulatory issues. Christine’s technology practice has a particular focus on advising both suppliers and customers in the fintech industry.
Christine also regularly advises retailers and other businesses on general commercial and contractual matters, including services agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, reseller agreements, licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, co-packing agreements, interim services agreements and warehousing agreements. Christine also provides retailers and other businesses with advice on consumer protection issues, e-commerce issues, advertising, marketing and promotions, product warranty issues and financial regulatory matters related to consumer lending and credit reporting.
