Chris Kinsella

Chris is regarded as one of Australia’s leading tax lawyers. He is qualified as a chartered accountant and an accredited specialist in dispute resolution with more than 40 years’ experience advising public companies, SME clients and high-net-worth individuals in relation to Australian tax matters, especially tax audits, tax risk management, evidence gathering (including expert evidence) and responses to the Australian Taxation Office.

Chris is a member of the Tax Institute’s Dispute Resolution Sub-committee, the Australian Taxation Office's Dispute Resolution Working Group and the International Fiscal Association.
