Her experience includes advising companies aimed to start operations in the country, disciplinary procedures and corporate labor training.
She has an LL.M. Degree in International Transactions -Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad de Nebrija, Spain- and a Master Degree in Human Resources Managing - EAE Business School, Spain-. She is candidate of the Master of Labor Law and Social Security at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she obtained her Lawyer Degree.
