Catherine Hohl-Chirazi

Catherine HOHL-CHIRAZI is a founding partner at GROBET THORENS HOHL-CHIRAZI (GTHC), a renowned boutique law firm based in Geneva, Switzerland.

She is a respected expert in criminal law, including white-collar crime (fraud, corruption, money-laundering, forgery, etc.) and international legal assistance, as well as in complex civil litigation.

Over the past years, she handled major criminal cases, for a world-famous institution and UHNW individuals, some of these cases having been broadly reported in the medias, but also advised and represented smaller enterprises and ordinary people in domestic and international cases.

Catherine HOHL-CHIRAZI has a PhD in Criminal law. She regularly publishes in her fields of expertise and has thought criminal Law at the Geneva Law School. During the four past years, she was acting as President of the Criminal law Commission of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA). Since then, she was elected Committee member of the Swiss Society of Criminal Law (SSDP / SKG) and joined the Criminal Law Committee of the Swiss Bar Association (FSA / SAV).
