Career
Carol is a professional who stands out for her strategy and versatility. She advises clients on legal matters related to financial transactions, securities markets, banking regulations, and corporate financing. She represents clients in litigation related to financial issues and provides strategic advice in the planning and execution of financial operations.
One of her most notable achievements has been being part of the structuring team at EPMAPS for the first unsecured credit of a public company without sovereign guarantee and being part of the team that established the credit factory in one of the largest banks in the country. Carol is a great asset to Robalino, with over 25 years of professional practice, 15 of which have been in banking.
Personal
When not working, Carol enjoys sports and spending time with her family. This dedication to her physical and emotional well-being reflects her discipline and balance, qualities that she also applies in her work.
