Commercial litigation, civil fraud, international arbitration (commercial and investor-state), public and administrative law, civil liberties and human rights, and public international law.

Frequently instructed as lead Counsel in the Commercial Court, the Administrative Court, and the Chancery Division; acted in over 40 cases before the Court of Appeal, UK Supreme Court, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Experience of acting as co-counsel before the ECOWAS Court of Justice, Federal Court of Malaysia, Turkish Constitutional Court, and the Supreme Court of The Gambia.
